यो अस्य स्याद् वशाभोगो अन्याम् इछेत तर्हि सः । हिंस्ते अदत्ता पुरुषं याचितां च न दित्सति ॥१३॥

yo asya syād vaśābhogo anyām icheta tarhi saḥ | hiṃste adattā puruṣaṃ yācitāṃ ca na ditsati ||13||
