श्येनो ऽसि गायत्रछन्दा अनु त्वा रभे । स्वस्ति मा सं वहास्य यज्ञस्योदृचि स्वाहा ॥१॥
śyeno 'si gāyatrachandā anu tvā rabhe | svasti mā saṃ vahāsya yajñasyodṛci svāhā ||1||
A falcon art thou, with gāyatrá for meter; I take hold after thee; carry me along to welfare at the close (udṛ́c) of this offering: hail!

ऋभुर् असि जगछन्दा अनु त्वा रभे । स्वस्ति मा सं वहास्य यज्ञस्योदृचि स्वाहा ॥२॥
ṛbhur asi jagachandā anu tvā rabhe | svasti mā saṃ vahāsya yajñasyodṛci svāhā ||2||
A Ribhu art thou, with jágat for meter; I take hold etc. etc.

वृषासि त्रिष्टुप्छन्दा अनु त्वा रभे । स्वस्ति मा सं वहास्य यज्ञस्योदृचि स्वाहा ॥३॥
vṛṣāsi triṣṭupchandā anu tvā rabhe | svasti mā saṃ vahāsya yajñasyodṛci svāhā ||3||
A bull art thou, with triṣṭúbh for meter; I take hold etc. etc.
