सोमारुद्रा वि वृहतं विषूचीम् अमीवा या नो गयम् आविवेश । बाधेथां दूरं निरृतिम् पराचैः कृतं चिद् एनः प्र मुमुक्तम् अस्मत् ॥१॥
somārudrā vi vṛhataṃ viṣūcīm amīvā yā no gayam āviveśa | bādhethāṃ dūraṃ nirṛtim parācaiḥ kṛtaṃ cid enaḥ pra mumuktam asmat ||1||

सोमारुद्रा युवम् एतान्य् अस्मद् विश्वा तनूषु भेषजानि धत्तम् । अव स्यतं मुञ्चतं यन् नो असत् तनूषु बद्धं कृतम् एनो अस्मत् ॥२॥
somārudrā yuvam etāny asmad viśvā tanūṣu bheṣajāni dhattam | ava syataṃ muñcataṃ yan no asat tanūṣu baddhaṃ kṛtam eno asmat ||2||
Provide, O Soma-Rudra, for our bodies all needful medicines to heal and cure us. Set free and draw away the sin committed which we have still inherent in our persons.
