चातनः स्तुवानम् इदं हविर् ये ऽमावास्याम् उप प्रागान् निःसालाम् अरायक्षयणं शं नो देवी पृश्निपर्ण्य् आ पश्यति तान्त् सत्यौजास् त्वया पूर्वं पुरस्ताद् युक्तो अन्तर्दावे जुहुत प्राग्नये रक्षोहणम् इत्य् अनुवाकश् चातनानि ॥ इति चातनगणः ॥
cātanaḥ stuvānam idaṃ havir ye 'māvāsyām upa prāgān niḥsālām arāyakṣayaṇaṃ śaṃ no devī pṛśniparṇy ā paśyati tānt satyaujās tvayā pūrvaṃ purastād yukto antardāve juhuta prāgnaye rakṣohaṇam ity anuvākaś cātanāni || iti cātanagaṇaḥ ||
