देवद्विजगुरुप्राज्ञानां पूजनम्, शौचम् तीर्थस्नानादिकम्, आर्जवम् यथामनःशरीरवृत्तम्, ब्रह्मचर्यम् योषित्सु भोग्यताबुद्धियुक्तेक्षणादिरहितत्वम्, अहिंसा अप्राणिपीडा; एतच् छरीरं तप उच्यते
