Devanagari rendered by HREEM from the edition's roman (IAST) text; the IAST is the edition's own.

The man who has a discriminative intellect for the driver, and a controlled mind for the reins, reaches the end of the journey, the highest place of Vishnu (the All-pervading and Unchangeable One).

Translated by Swami Paramananda

But he who has understanding for his charioteer, and who holds the reins of the mind, he reaches the end of his journey, and that is the highest place of Vishnu.

Translated by F. Max Müller
