Manu 9.88

उत्कृष्टाय-अभिरूपाय वराय सदृशाय च । अप्राप्ताम् अपि तां तस्मै कन्यां दद्याद्) यथाविधि ॥

utkṛṣṭāya-abhirūpāya varāya sadṛśāya ca | aprāptām api tāṃ tasmai kanyāṃ dadyād) yathāvidhi ||
