आ मित्रे वरुणे वयं गीर्भिर् जुहुमो अत्रिवत् । नि बर्हिषि सदतं सोमपीतये ॥
ā mitre varuṇe vayaṃ gīrbhir juhumo atrivat | ni barhiṣi sadataṃ somapītaye ||
To Varuna and Mitra we offer with songs, as Atri did. Sit on the sacred grass to drink the Soma juice.

व्रतेन स्थो ध्रुवक्षेमा धर्मणा यातयज्जना । नि बर्हिषि सदतं सोमपीतये ॥
vratena stho dhruvakṣemā dharmaṇā yātayajjanā | ni barhiṣi sadataṃ somapītaye ||
By Ordinance and Law ye dwell in peace secure, bestirring men. Sit on the sacred grass to drink the Soma juice.
