आदित्यानाम् अवसा नूतनेन सक्षीमहि शर्मणा शन्तमेन । अनागास्त्वे अदितित्वे तुरास इमं यज्ञं दधतु श्रोषमाणाः ॥

ādityānām avasā nūtanena sakṣīmahi śarmaṇā śantamena | anāgāstve adititve turāsa imaṃ yajñaṃ dadhatu śroṣamāṇāḥ ||

Through the Adityas' most auspicious shelter, through their most recent succour may we conquer. May they, the Mighty, giving ear, establish this sacrifice, to make us free and sinless.

Translated by Ralph T. H. Griffith (1896)

आदित्यासो अदितिर् मादयन्ताम् मित्रो अर्यमा वरुणो रजिष्ठाः । अस्माकं सन्तु भुवनस्य गोपाः पिबन्तु सोमम् अवसे नो अद्य ॥

ādityāso aditir mādayantām mitro aryamā varuṇo rajiṣṭhāḥ | asmākaṃ santu bhuvanasya gopāḥ pibantu somam avase no adya ||

Let Aditi rejoice and the Adityas, Varuna, Mitra, Aryaman, most righteous. May they, the Guardians of the world, protect us, and, to show favour, drink this day our Soma.

Translated by Ralph T. H. Griffith (1896)

ādityā viśve marutaś ca viśve devāś ca viśva ṛbhavaś ca viśve | indro agnir aśvinā tuṣṭuvānā yūyam pāta svastibhiḥ sadā naḥ ||

All Universal Deities, the Maruts, all the Adityas, yea, and all the Rbhus, Indra, and Agni, and the Asvins, lauded. Preserve us evermore, ye Gods, with blessings.
