तं चाह भगवान् उक्तम् एवैतन् मया पौत्रस् ते त्रिदिवाद् गङ्गां भुवम् आनयिष्यतीति । तदम्भसा संस्पृष्टेष्व् अस्थिभस्मस्व् एते स्वर्गम् आरोक्ष्यन्ति । भगवद्विष्णुपादाङ्गुष्ठविनिर्गतस्य जलस्य हि तन्माहात्म्यम्
taṃ cāha bhagavān uktam evaitan mayā pautras te tridivād gaṅgāṃ bhuvam ānayiṣyatīti | tadambhasā saṃspṛṣṭeṣv asthibhasmasv ete svargam ārokṣyanti | bhagavadviṣṇupādāṅguṣṭhavinirgatasya jalasya hi tanmāhātmyam
