आत्मजानि नानायोनिषूत्पत्तिर्मनश्चेतनेन्द्रियाणि प्राणापानौ धारणमाकृतिस्वरवर्णविशेषाः कामक्रोधलोभभयहर्षधर्मार्धमशीलतास्मृतिबुद्धीच्छाद्वेषप्रयत्नाहङ्कारसुखदुःखायुरात्मज्ञानानि च॥
