घृतान्येव च वर्ज्यानि ह्रद्रोगेषु चतुर्ष्वपि। शेषेषु स्तम्भजाड्यामसंयुक्तेऽपि च वातिके। कफानुबन्धे तस्मिंस्तु रूक्षोष्णामाचरेत् क्रियाम्॥
