अधिजिह्वामुन्नम्य बडिशेन गृहीत्वा मण्डलाग्रेण छिद्यात्। तीक्ष्णाश्च नस्यादयः। उपजिह्वां शाकपत्रेणाङ्गुलिशस्त्रेण वा विस्राव्य यवक्षारेण प्रतिसारयेत्॥
