तत्त्तदा श्रमणो गौतमः, इदानीं भगवान्। अपि तु किं नवशवाया अर्थे भगवन्तं प्रवक्ष्यामि, श्यामावत्या अर्थे प्रवक्ष्यामीति विदित्वा येन भगवांस्तेनोपसंक्रान्तः।
