अथ ये तस्मिन् पुरवरे चिरंतना औकरिकाः, ते तस्य तामभिवर्धमानां क्रियविक्रयलोकमविषमव्यवहारनीत्या प्रकृतिप्रेमपेशलतया चावर्जितमनसस्तस्मिन् महासत्त्वे व्यवहारार्थमापतन्तमवलोक्य तं तस्मात्कर्मणो विनिवर्तनार्थमाहुह्--
atha ye tasmin puravare ciraṃtanā aukarikāḥ, te tasya tāmabhivardhamānāṃ kriyavikrayalokamaviṣamavyavahāranītyā prakṛtipremapeśalatayā cāvarjitamanasastasmin mahāsattve vyavahārārthamāpatantamavalokya taṃ tasmātkarmaṇo vinivartanārthamāhuh--
