तद् यन् मनश् च प्राणश् च तत् समानम् अथ या वाक् चापानश् च तत् समानम् इदम् आयतनम् मनश् च प्राणश् चेदम् आयतनं वाक् चापानश् च तस्मात् पुमान् दक्षिणतो योषाम् उपशेते

tad yan manaś ca prāṇaś ca tat samānam atha yā vāk cāpānaś ca tat samānam idam āyatanam manaś ca prāṇaś cedam āyatanaṃ vāk cāpānaś ca tasmāt pumān dakṣiṇato yoṣām upaśete
