प्रत्ययार्थसामर्थ्यलभ्या समर्थ-विभक्तिः । छन्दः-शब्दात् तृतीयासमर्थान् निर्मिते इत्य् एतस्मिन्न् अर्थे यत् प्रत्ययो भवति । निर्मितः उत्पादितः । छन्दसा निर्मितः छन्दस्यः । छन्दसा इच्छया कृतः इत्य् अर्थः । इच्छा-पर्याय छन्दः-शब्दः इह गृह्यते ॥ उरसो ऽण् च
