राजवर्षं मासः पक्षो दिवसश् च व्युष्टम्, वर्षाहेमन्तग्रीष्माणां तृतीयसप्तमा दिवसऊनाः पक्षाः शेषाः पूर्णाः, पृथगधिमासकः, इति कालः ॥
