त्रिपक्षाद् ऊर्ध्वम् अप्रतिब्रुवतः पराउक्तदण्डं कृत्वा यान्य् अस्य द्रव्याणि स्युस् ततो^अभियोक्तारं प्रतिपादयेद्, अन्यत्र वृत्त्युपकरणेभ्यः ॥
