यः पुमान् संसार-सागरं तरितुम् इच्छति सो ऽच्युतं भक्त्या निशि वा दिनान्त-समये वा सन्ध्यायां पूजयेन् नित्यशः प्रत्यहं हि यतः उभय-निशा-सन्ध्या-पूजन-द्वयं सम-फलम् ततस् तस्माद् धेतोः निशि वा दिनान्ते वा पूजयेद् इत्य् अर्थः
yaḥ pumān saṃsāra-sāgaraṃ taritum icchati so 'cyutaṃ bhaktyā niśi vā dinānta-samaye vā sandhyāyāṃ pūjayen nityaśaḥ pratyahaṃ hi yataḥ ubhaya-niśā-sandhyā-pūjana-dvayaṃ sama-phalam tatas tasmād dhetoḥ niśi vā dinānte vā pūjayed ity arthaḥ
