ह्रां-ह्रीं-क्लीं-क्लूं स एतानि पञ्च-बीजानि एकैकानि आदौ येषां एवं एते पञ्च-बाणाः शोषणादयः प्रोक्ताः । प्रयोगस् तु-ह्रां शोषणाय नमः इत्य् अङ्गुष्ठेन शिरसि ह्रीं मोहनाय नमः इति तर्जन्या मुखे इत्य् आदि अथानन्तरम् । संयत-चित्तः त्रिभुवन-वश्य-करं पुरुषोत्तमं चिन्तयेत्
hrāṃ-hrīṃ-klīṃ-klūṃ sa etāni pañca-bījāni ekaikāni ādau yeṣāṃ evaṃ ete pañca-bāṇāḥ śoṣaṇādayaḥ proktāḥ | prayogas tu-hrāṃ śoṣaṇāya namaḥ ity aṅguṣṭhena śirasi hrīṃ mohanāya namaḥ iti tarjanyā mukhe ity ādi athānantaram | saṃyata-cittaḥ tribhuvana-vaśya-karaṃ puruṣottamaṃ cintayet
