अथ ज्यैष्ठवृष्टिलक्षणम् । चित्रास्वातीविशाखासु ज्यैष्ठे मासि निरभ्रता । तास्वेव श्रावणे मासि यदि वर्षति वासवः । तदा संवत्सरो धन्यो बहुशस्यफलप्रदः ॥
atha jyaiṣṭhavṛṣṭilakṣaṇam | citrāsvātīviśākhāsu jyaiṣṭhe māsi nirabhratā | tāsveva śrāvaṇe māsi yadi varṣati vāsavaḥ | tadā saṃvatsaro dhanyo bahuśasyaphalapradaḥ ||
