अतः यद् एव स्थिरताम् एति पण्डितैः तत् स्वप्नो ःपि सन् जाग्रद् इति कथ्यते । यः क्षणभङ्गात्मकः सः जाग्रद् अपि सन् स्वप्नः भवति । यथैतद् भवति त्वम् तत् शृणु । यथा जाग्रत्स्वप्नयोः स्थिरत्वास्थिरत्वम् अस्ति तथा शृण्व् इत्य् अर्थः
ataḥ yad eva sthiratām eti paṇḍitaiḥ tat svapno ḥpi san jāgrad iti kathyate | yaḥ kṣaṇabhaṅgātmakaḥ saḥ jāgrad api san svapnaḥ bhavati | yathaitad bhavati tvam tat śṛṇu | yathā jāgratsvapnayoḥ sthiratvāsthiratvam asti tathā śṛṇv ity arthaḥ
