Manu 12.46

राजानः क्षत्रियाश् च-एव राज्ञां च-एव पुरोहिताः । वादयुद्धप्रधानाश् च मध्यमा राजसी गतिः ॥

rājānaḥ kṣatriyāś ca-eva rājñāṃ ca-eva purohitāḥ | vāda.yuddha.pradhānāś ca madhyamā rājasī gatiḥ ||
