यस्य शूद्रस् तु कुरुते) राज्ञो धर्मविवेचनम् । तस्य सीदति) तद् राष्ट्रं पङ्के गौर् इव पश्यतः) ॥
yasya śūdras tu kurute) rājño dharmavivecanam | tasya sīdati) tad rāṣṭraṃ paṅke gaur iva paśyataḥ) ||
