Manu 8.221

एतद् दण्डविधिं कुर्याद्) धार्मिकः पृथिवीपतिः । ग्रामजातिसमूहेषु समयव्यभिचारिणाम् ॥

etad daṇḍavidhiṃ kuryād) dhārmikaḥ pṛthivīpatiḥ | grāma.jāti.samūheṣu samayavyabhicāriṇām ||
