Manu 9.262

तेषां दोषान् अभिख्याप्य) स्वे स्वे कर्मणि तत्त्वतः । कुर्वीत) शासनं राजा सम्यक् सारअपराधतः ॥

teṣāṃ doṣān abhikhyāpya) sve sve karmaṇi tattvataḥ | kurvīta) śāsanaṃ rājā samyak sāra.aparādhataḥ ||
