मूलम् एकश उच्चार्य वायुम् आकृष्य त्रिशः उच्चार्य कुम्भयित्वा सकृद् उच्चार्य रेचयेत् । एवं रेचकपूरककुम्भकं त्रिधा सप्तधा दशधा षोडशधा वा विरच्य तेजोमयतनुः
