Devanagari rendered by HREEM from the edition's roman (IAST) text; the IAST is the edition's own.

The beams of Pavamana, sent from earth and heaven, his ensigns who is ever steadfast, travel round. When on the sieve the Golden-hued is cleansed, he rests within the vats as one who seats him in his place.

Translated by Ralph T. H. Griffith (1896)This is the translator's rendering of the same verse where it occurs at RV 9.86.6; the wording of this text may differ in places.
