वचायास् त्रिवृतं कारयेन् मणिम् अग्निं प्रतिष्ठाप्यावृता हुत्वा मणिं निधाय वाचो व्रतेनोत्तरेणाभिजुहुयात् सहस्रकृत्वः शतावरम् तं मणिं कण्ठेन शिरसा वा धारयन् कथासु श्रेयान् भवति
vacāyās trivṛtaṃ kārayen maṇim agniṃ pratiṣṭhāpyāvṛtā hutvā maṇiṃ nidhāya vāco vratenottareṇābhijuhuyāt sahasrakṛtvaḥ śatāvaram taṃ maṇiṃ kaṇṭhena śirasā vā dhārayan kathāsu śreyān bhavati
