तिलेषु तैलं दधनीव सर्पिर् आपः स्रोतःस्व् अरणीषु चाग्निः । एवम् आत्मा आत्मनि गृह्यते ऽसौ सत्येनैनं तपसा यो ऽनुपश्यति
