भगवान् क्षणं तूष्णीम् आस्थाय पर्षदं समालोक्य च मैत्रेयम् आमन्त्र्यैवम् आह ॥ शृणु मैत्रेय वक्ष्यामि लोकानां हितहेतवे । यच् छ्रुतं तत्कथां भव्यां श्रुत्वा प्रामोद्य जायते
