स्थानिकव्यञ्जनं वा रात्रौ तेजनअग्नियुक्तम् एकान्ते तिष्ठन्तं सत्त्रिणः क्रमअभीनीतं राज्ञः कथयेयुः "असौ सिद्धः सामेधिकः" इति ॥
