तपः परं कृतयुगे त्रेतायां ज्ञानम् उच्यते) । द्वापरे यज्ञम् एवाहुर्) दानम् एकं कलौ युगे ॥
tapaḥ paraṃ kṛtayuge tretāyāṃ jñānam ucyate) | dvāpare yajñam evāhur) dānam ekaṃ kalau yuge ||
