आकारान्ताद् अङ्गाद् उत्तरस्य णलः औकारादेशो भवति । पपौ । तस्थौ । जग्लौ । मम्लौ । अत्र औत्वम्, एकादेशः , स्थानिवद्भावः, द्विर्वचनम् इत्य् अनेन क्रमेण कार्याणि क्रियन्ते । एकादेशाद् अनवकाशत्वाद् औत्वं द्विर्वचनाद् अपि परत्वाद् एकादेशः इति ॥ तु-ह्योस् तातङ् आशिष्य् अन्यतरस्याम्
ākārāntād aṅgād uttarasya ṇalaḥ aukārādeśo bhavati / papau / tasthau / jaglau / mamlau / atra autvam, ekādeśaḥ , sthānivadbhāvaḥ, dvirvacanam ity anena krameṇa kāryāṇi kriyante / ekādeśād anavakāśatvād autvaṃ dvirvacanād api paratvād ekādeśaḥ iti // tu-hyos tātaṅ āśiṣy anyatarasyām
