स्वादानाद् वर्णसंसर्गात् त्व् अबलानां च रक्षणात् । बलं संजायते) राज्ञः स प्रेत्य-इह च वर्धते) ॥
svādānād varṇasaṃsargāt tv abalānāṃ ca rakṣaṇāt | balaṃ saṃjāyate) rājñaḥ sa pretya-iha ca vardhate) ||
